Matt Dierdorff

Matt Dierdorff has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt began their career in 1999 as the Spiritual Formation Director at College Park United Methodist Church. Matt then moved on to work at other churches in various roles, including Hope United Methodist Church from 2001 to 2005 and Oak Grove United Methodist Church from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Haygood Memorial United Methodist Church as the Director of Spiritual Formation. In 2012, Dierdorff ventured into the business world and founded their own company called Growth Architects, where they served as the CEO. Lastly, in 2016, they started working at Winter Construction, initially as the Training and Development Manager and later as the Director of Recruiting & Employee Development.

Matt Dierdorff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion/Philosophy from Liberty University from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo in 2016.
