Sonia Layne-Gartside is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational change management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As CEO of SoniaGartside.com since January 2015, Sonia collaborates with C-Suite and senior leaders in Fortune 1000 companies to enhance organizational effectiveness. In current roles as DEI Transformation Lead at LTHJ Global and DEIJ Consultant at The Winters Group, Inc., Sonia implements strategic initiatives and facilitates workshops to promote equity and inclusion. Sonia’s previous experience includes key positions at Compass Business Solutions, PNC, and Duquesne University, focusing on change management and leadership programs. Sonia holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
