Jen Gan-Kemp, MBA, CRS has a diverse background with extensive experience in healthcare research, administrative roles, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as a Research Instructor/Administrator for Health Equity and Workforce Development at The Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute at UAMS, Jen is also actively involved in various leadership positions and committees focused on health literacy, diversity, and inclusion. Jen's interests lie in educational equity, rural health disparities, interprofessional education, and mental wellness programs. With a strong educational foundation in healthcare analytics, health care administration, and sociology, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles in the healthcare industry.

The Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute is a cancer research and treatment center of excellence at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
