Łukasz Gumiński

Łukasz Gumiński is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the repro and prepress operations sector. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement & Prepress Manager at Wipak since February 2020, Łukasz has previously held the position of Operations Manager and has a solid background at Amerplast and Suominen Corporation, where responsibilities included managing repro operations, optimizing production processes, and supervising personnel. With a strong focus on meeting specifications, implementing continuous improvement projects, and providing technical support, Łukasz also has experience conducting training for employees and clients. Earlier roles include Artwork Coordinator and Technologist, where Łukasz developed expertise in color management, artwork adaptation, and troubleshooting technological issues in production.
