Charles Delauder

Charles DeLauder possesses extensive experience in technology leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at The Wisdom Companies, LLC since April 2019, Charles oversees technology for a premier provider of online marketing and identity protection services. Prior to this, Charles held the CTO position at allheart from August 2011 to April 2019, managing technology for a leading e-commerce retailer in the medical sector. Charles has also functioned as a Technology Operating Partner at Blackstreet Capital Management, contributing to various portfolio companies. In earlier roles, Charles was Director of Solutions Architecture at American Apparel, where responsibilities included leading a team in developing a global e-commerce platform, and Director of Technology at Pantheon Software, overseeing hosting infrastructure for numerous websites. Additionally, Charles has experience as an instructor at the University of Maryland, teaching technology in society, and holds a BS in Computer Science from the same institution.
