Joanna Condol

Joanna Condol, PE, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at The WLB Group, Inc. since October 2024. Prior experiences include roles as Senior Project Manager at Lennar from August 2023 to October 2024 and Project Manager at D.R. Horton from April 2021 to August 2023, where Joanna conducted due diligence on land acquisition. At VTN Nevada, from May 2017 to April 2021, Joanna prepared drainage studies and water network analyses for various development projects. Previous to that, Joanna worked as a Civil Engineer in the Flood Control Division at GCW, Inc., focusing on drainage studies and hydraulic modeling for a range of developments. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned in 2012.
