Kyle Parsons

Kyle Parsons has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions at The Wolff Company since August 2018, having previously held various roles within the same department. From July 2014 to May 2018, Kyle worked at L&L Holding Company, LLC as an Asset Management Analyst, overseeing the active management of several significant office properties. Prior experience includes work as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Frank Ciotta & Associates, where quantitative and qualitative valuations were conducted across various property classes, and as a Summer Research Analyst at Nest Seekers International, focusing on property research for high-net-worth clients. Early in the career, Kyle served as a Project Intern at AP Systems, Inc, assisting in site evaluation and project design. Kyle holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Real Estate from Cornell University.
