Monica Unger

Monica Unger, P.E., CFM, possesses extensive experience in the field of civil engineering and development. Currently serving in a development role at The Wolff Company since July 2024, Monica has held significant positions including Vice President of Development for Colorado at Thompson Thrift from August 2020 to July 2024 and Team Leader at Olsson from July 2018 to August 2020. Prior to these roles, positions included Denver Division Manager at Baseline Engineering Corporation and Engineering Manager at Jansen Strawn Consulting Engineers. Monica began the professional journey as a Design Engineer at Muller Engineering, following roles as a Design Engineer at Carroll and Lange, Inc. Monica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
