Karen Ko

Karen Ko currently serves as Managing Director for APAC Financial Services Transformation and Hong Kong Business Transformation Consulting Leader at Protiviti since May 2024. In addition to this role, Karen is an active member of various committees including the Women in Business and Innovation and Technology Committees at The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and serves on the HK Committee and as Co-Chair of the Young Members Committee for ICAEW. Since 2018, Karen has been recognized as a "Women to Watch" by The Women's Foundation. Previously, Karen held significant positions at IBM as Partner and Head of Business Transformation Consulting for Hong Kong, EY as Equity Partner and Strategy & Ops Advisory HK Leader, and KPMG US as Director of Management Consulting. Karen began a career in finance with an internship at Procter & Gamble UK in 2004 and holds an MSc in International Economics from the University of Birmingham.
