Raven Tao is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, mentoring, and media. Currently, Raven serves as the Founder of SuccessMind, an initiative focused on highlighting businesses that enhance lives through online interviews, emphasizing social good and community enrichment. As a Cohort Captain and Mentor at The Women's Foundation, Raven has played a crucial role in facilitating impactful mentoring relationships among professional women in Hong Kong. Previously, Raven founded MONEYMIND, an online platform for financial literacy, and Pearls & Arsenic, Hong Kong's first luxury corset brand. Raven's extensive media experience includes modeling, television presenting, and radio production, collaborating with notable global brands and agencies. Educational qualifications include an Undergraduate Certificate in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Cambridge and a Certificate in Legal Studies from HKU Law.

We are a non-profit organisation (registered charity number 91/6962) established in 2004 and dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong through ground-breaking research, impactful and innovative community programmes, and education, media engagement and advocacy. Our three key focus areas are challenging gender stereotypes, increasing the number of women in decision-making and leadership positions, and empowering women in poverty to achieve a better quality of life for themselves and their families.
