Prior to their coaching positions, Rachel also has extensive experience in finance, serving as a Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance/Controller in the food distribution industry. Rachel Chang, MBA, PCC, CPCC, also has experience as a co-founder of a startup, a business accounting and finance consultant, as well as owning a design company specializing in kitchen and bath design. Rachel's background includes a diverse range of skills and expertise in finance, coaching, and business management.

We’re the same organization with the same values and people doing the same important work, providing leadership development, coaching, and access to network to both high potential and game-changing women leaders of impact. With our new name comes new energy and new possibilities as we realize our mission to accelerate women leaders into positions of power and influence so that decisions are made in the interests of humanity and the planet resulting in a just, sustainable and peaceful world.
