Laura Shaw

Laura Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Laura is currently the Head of Ops & Customer Experience at Enigma, a cybersecurity talent platform. Prior to that, they were the Chapter Director at The Women's Social Club and a Leader & Founding Member at Grapevine. Laura also worked as an Ops Leader at StartupExperts and was a Founding Member at Opsy and the old girls club. In 2021, Laura was accepted into the On Deck fellowship as one of the first 50 fellows. Before transitioning to the tech industry, they held various roles at Connect, including Chief Operating Officer, Director / VP of Programs & Operations, and Manager of Programs & Operations. Laura also has experience in event management, having worked as an Events Manager at San Diego Zoo Global and as an Events Coordinator at La Jolla Playhouse.
