Beth Shapiro

Beth Shapiro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in learning and organizational development, HR strategy and operations, and organizational consulting. Beth is currently the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at The Wonderful Company. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Strategy & Operations Lead at Warner Bros. Discovery and as a People Solutions Consultant at WarnerMedia. Beth also has experience as a Manager of Organization Development at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies and as a Talent Development Specialist at EDSI. Beth has worked in external consulting roles at Grant Thornton LLP and ICF International, where they provided services in organizational learning, performance improvement, and change management for government agencies. Beth's early career involved working as a Career Advisor at the Carleton College Career Center, where they provided guidance to students on career-related matters.

Beth Shapiro has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Beth also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Carleton College. Prior to their higher education, Beth attended Harvard-Westlake School.
