Jessica Tao, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Records Assistant at UCSD Human Resources Department before moving on to become a Co-Owner/Operations & Product Manager at Lace & Whiskey. Jessica's role as an HRIS Manager at The Wonderful Company includes creating standard work for HR processes and leading the paperless initiative. Jessica also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at America Chung Nam, where Jessica developed and facilitated leadership trainings. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego.
