Melanie Walther has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Melanie started their career at Chase as an Assistant Financial Center Manager, where they excelled in communication and meeting preparation. Melanie then moved on to work as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager at Walt Medak & Associates, where they managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Melanie then joined KinderCare Education as an HRIS Specialist II, where they served as a liaison between HR and IT departments, supported projects, and maintained relationships with stakeholders. Most recently, Melanie worked at The Wonderful Company as a Director of HRIS, overseeing the implementation of HR systems and managing security administration. Overall, Melanie has a diverse skill set and a strong background in HRIS and project management.

Melanie Walther earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, with a focus on Management & Leadership and Human Resource Management, from Portland State University in the years 2010 to 2013.
