Shail Pancholi

Shail Pancholi currently serves as Strategy and Sales Lead for The Wonderful Company in India, where responsibilities include leading strategy and business development for the South Asia market. Previously, Shail held roles at The Scale Labs focusing on strategic alliances and international expansions, managing partnerships across MENA, North and South America, and Southeast Asia, and closing major collaborations with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. Prior to this, Shail was associated with AIESEC in India, where various positions involved defining partnership and sales strategies, managing national business development, and enhancing sales through significant collaborations with major corporations like Microsoft and the Aditya Birla Group. Shail holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University.
