Kristen Contreras

Kristen Contreras has worked in various roles in the customer service and retail industries since 2017. Kristen began their career as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom, where they also served as a Retail Management Intern. In 2017, they also had internships with Mother Trucker & co. as a Social Media Intern and with BPCM as a Press Day Assistant. In 2019, they worked at REVOLVE as a Senior Customer Service Representative and a Customer Service Representative, as well as at Diane's Beachwear as an Assistant Manager and Keyholder. Most recently, they have been the Director of Customer Experience at makesy since 2020.

Kristen Contreras attended California State University, Fullerton from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Kristen is currently enrolled in a Certificate program in Fashion Merchandising at Santa Ana College.
