Angela Petrucci

Angela Petrucci is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property and real estate accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at The Woodmont Company since April 2021, Angela previously held key roles at CBRE as a Senior Real Estate Accountant for both Retail and Office portfolios from November 2015 to April 2021. Prior experience includes Senior Property Accountant positions at Stream Realty Partners for Office/Industrial portfolios and at Rouse Properties for a Mall REIT. Angela's career began at Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC, where significant contributions included serving as a Joint Venture Reporting Analyst and a Regional Property Accountant, conducting financial analyses and training personnel. Angela earned a B.S. in Management from Dallas Baptist University between 2004 and 2007.
