Additional leadership roles include Chief Energy Officer and Co-Founder of #lovework, CEO of Helios.work, and Co-Founder of several initiatives such as Dynamizer and beForte. Josh also served as a consultant and facilitator with The Energy Catalyst Group and has a strong background in organizational change and development. Academic credentials include an MBA in Executive Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from a private liberal arts university in Colorado.

We believe in work, and we believe our work matters. We believe humans love to work, when we get to do something meaningful. We believe everyone deserves to love their work (yes, we do mean everyone). We believe conversations about how we CAN do things are infinitely more powerful than why we CAN'T.
