Debra H. has extensive experience in customer service, notably serving as Client Services Support at The WorkFaith Connection since 2014. Previous roles include working as a Customer Service Representative at Xerox from 2007 to 2012 and at AT&T from August 2001 to June 2004, where responsibilities included addressing customer inquiries related to billing and service issues. Additionally, Debra held positions as an ERNC Representative and T.D. Jakes Representative at RYLA Inc. from 2007 to 2008. Educational background includes a GED in General Studies from Turlock High School and coursework in Business Law and Accounting at Merced Community College District.

WorkFaith is a Christ-centered 501 c(3) organization that exists to provide effective and comprehensive employment services to men and women who have become discouraged in their job search. Our Christ-centered values paired with our highly-structured program help students increase their value and confidence which is needed for successful transitions back into the workforce.
