Lance Ross

Lance Ross is the Owner of Energy On Demand, LLC, a company specializing in the sale, service, and installation of automated standby generators since November 2009. In addition to this role, Lance has been a Volunteer, Workshop Facilitator, and Guest Speaker for the Pyramid Community Development Corporation since July 2010, where efforts focus on matching unemployed individuals with employers through personal development and job search skills training. Since August 2009, Lance has also been involved with The WorkFaith Connection, coaching job candidates on interview techniques and facilitating interactive workshops. Prior experience includes positions in Global Supply Chain Management at Ineos and roles ranging from Director of Procurement to Manufacturing Manager at BP Chemicals. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Lamar University.
