The Workers Circle
Elisha Mlotek is a versatile professional with a strong background in film, media, and event production. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Mlotek teaches Film and American Culture Studies. As the Creative Director at The Workers Circle, responsibilities include managing a digital multi-lingual music archive, overseeing web design strategy, and developing press materials. Mlotek also has extensive freelance experience as a screenwriter, video editor, and project manager. Co-founding DUMTO, an event company, has involved overseeing local concerts and cultural events in Brooklyn. Previous roles include directing and producing video content for organizations such as the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene and the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan. Mlotek holds an MFA in Screenwriting from Brooklyn College and has additional educational credentials from the School of Visual Arts and Queens College.
