Caitlyn Brugma

Caitlyn Brugma is an experienced hospitality and education professional with a diverse background in management, volunteer work, and public relations. Currently serving as a Server and Manager on Duty at The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro since May 2022, Caitlyn showcases strong multitasking and team collaboration skills. Previous roles include volunteering in a French/English kindergarten at Rockcliffe Park Public School, serving as a Public Relations Officer and Conference Coordinator at International ASET inc., and holding management positions at ZARA SA and Second Cup, where leadership and customer service were paramount. Caitlyn's commitment to community is evident through fundraising efforts for the Breast Cancer Society of Canada and involvement with youth programs at Thousand Islands Secondary School and Girls Inc. Caitlyn is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Childhood Education at the State University of New York College at Potsdam, building on a Bachelor's degree in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa.
