Emma Holland is an accomplished buying manager with extensive experience in the toy industry, currently serving as the Buying Manager for Kids (non-book) Toys and Games at The Works Stores Ltd since November 2021. Prior experience includes key positions at Sainsbury's, where Emma held roles such as Senior Buyer for Seasonal Toys, Camping, Luggage, and Music, as well as Preschool Toy Buyer at Sainsbury's Argos. Emma's career began at Argos, working as the Chad Valley Buyer and Licensing Manager, and includes significant contributions to Home Retail Group PLC in various assistant buyer roles. Emma holds a degree in Creative Advertising from the University of Lincoln, obtained in 2008.
