Rosie Fordham

Rosie Fordham has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Rosie currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Works Stores Ltd since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as Head of Finance at the same company starting in April 2021. Rosie also had a period of maternity leave from July 2020 to April 2021. Before joining The Works Stores Ltd, they worked as the Interim Chief Financial Officer for The Works.co.uk plc from January 2020 to July 2020, and as Head of Finance from March 2019 to January 2020. Prior to their time at The Works Stores Ltd, Rosie worked at National Grid as Lead Controller, UK Financial Control from June 2018 to March 2019, and as Senior Manager - Financial Reporting from October 2016 to June 2018. Rosie also served as the Head of Financial Reporting at Spirit Pub Company Plc from January 2013 to September 2016, and as Financial Accounts Manager at Spirit Pub Company from February 2011 to January 2013. Rosie began their career as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2006 to February 2011.

Rosie Fordham attended The University of Sheffield from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a BA Hons degree in Business Studies and Economics with a focus on Economics.
