Nuria da Camara

Nuria da Camara has a diverse work experience in HR and talent management. Nuria is currently working as the Head of Global Employee Engagement, Talent Development & Rewards at The Workshop - Inventors of Play since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of People at the same company from December 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining The Workshop, Nuria worked as a People and Culture Manager at The Workshop's Malaga office from February 2018 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and supporting various HR initiatives, including performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits coordination.

Nuria also has experience as a Recruitment Manager at The Workshop, where they worked from May 2015 to February 2018.

Additionally, Nuria has worked at Riplife Gaming Technologies as a Senior Recruiter & Team Lead from May 2014 to May 2015, and as an IT Recruiter from January 2013 to May 2014.

Nuria started their career at Hays as a Consultant, IT Expert for Andalucía and Extremadura from June 2012 to December 2012.

Nuria also has previous experience at Riplife Gaming Technologies as an IT Recruiter/HR Coordinator from February 2012 to June 2012.

Nuria began their professional journey at NorthgateArinso, where they worked as an HR Recruiter from January 2010 to February 2012 and as an HR Administrator from August 2009 to December 2009.

Nuria da Camara pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning in 2001 and continuing until 2007 at the Universidad de Granada, where they earned a degree in Law. Subsequently, in 2008 and 2009, they attended the Centro de estudios jurídicos in Granada to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Management, specializing in HR. In May 2016, Nuria obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent as an additional certification.
