Steve Elias has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Steve started their career in 1998 as an Operations Manager at CIBC, where they worked until 2007. In 1999, they became the President of Freestyle Soccer Inc., a company that provided digital content and consultation services to Fortune 500 companies. In 2011, they founded SWRL Inc., a brand specializing in apparel and accessories for Freestyle Soccer. Steve served as the Creative Director and led a team while also researching target audience and market trends. In the same year, Steve co-founded the World Freestyle Football Association and served as the CEO. Steve was responsible for organizing and supporting the growth of Freestyle Soccer globally, as well as generating innovative brand experiences for advertising campaigns.
Steve Elias attended Seneca College from 1993 to 1995 and obtained a Law Enforcement Diploma Honors. Their field of study during that time was focused on law enforcement.

Committed to growing awareness of and participation in the sport worldwide while developing communities and healthy lifestyles. Founded in Canada in 2017, the WFFA was established upon a backbone of community development and education, recognising the power this exciting sport has to inspire healthy and active lifestyles for young people all over the world. The WFFA is the organiser of prime freestyle football tournaments such as Red Bull Street Style, Super Ball and a myriad of regional and local competitions in over 100 countries.
