Gavin de Souza

Mr. Gavin de Souza, younger son of Late Mr. William de Souza, joined the business in the year 2000. He spent early years in the Relocation business under guidance of Mr. Denzil de Souza. Mr. de Souza started his career as a supervisor and evolved to leading other areas of the business. In 2003, his role expanded to build a Boutique Real Estate Development Company with the vast land bank that Writer owns. In 2011, Mr. Gavin de Souza took over as Managing Director of Writer Realty which includes premium apartments for lease and hospitality projects. In his current role, Mr. de Souza is spearheading acquisition and development in various ongoing and future Realty projects of the group.
