John Leibrand

John Leibrand has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. From 1998 to 2008, they worked at the John Maneely Company, where they were the SAP Training Team Lead, Help Desk Manager, and E-mail Administrator. In 2008, they joined The Wyanoke Group as the Director of Technology Integration, where they were responsible for onboarding new enterprise applications and integrating them into specific areas within the corporation based on project requirements. John also managed application support and training, and served as a Senior Software Specialist and Project Coordinator. In this role, they organized, created, and delivered end user training for over 300 users, managed company-wide e-mail systems, managed the development, implementation, and support of Really Strategies RSuite CMS, authored and implemented an Internal Asset Management Tracking Database, developed an Internal Article Tracking Database, implemented strategies to reduce Help Desk resolution time, managed the development, implementation, and continuing support of Lex Paradigm's XQuire XML Workflow and Aggregator Delivery Solution, and developed WyanokeUniversity.com, a training and documentation website for over 300 users.

John Leibrand attended Rutgers University - Camden from 1992 to 1997, where they received a Bachelor of Arts - BA.
