Jody Check

Jody Check is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and project management within the retail sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at The Xela Group since June 2020, Jody provides hardware and software support for Transformco's retail environment. Previously, from January 1999 to May 2020, Jody held the position of Project Manager at IBM Global Services, overseeing software distributions for Sears Auto Centers and managing quality assurance for new software package releases. In an earlier role at IBM, Jody functioned as the focal point for Sears Dealer and new Sears Tire Group Stores, leading new store implementations. Jody's career in technology began at Sears Technology Services, where responsibilities included the installation of data circuits and equipment at various retail locations. Jody holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology, completed between 1989 and 1991.
