Posese Laiti

Posese Laiti is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead and People & Culture Business Partner at The Y NSW since May 2022, Posese has previously held various roles at Facilities First Australia, including HR Business Partner and People & Culture Advisor. Prior experience at Beak & Johnston Pty Ltd involved progressively responsible positions from Human Resources Officer to Shared Services Manager, where Posese developed and implemented recruitment strategies critical to business needs. Initial experience includes a role as Bank Teller at Kiwibank. Educational qualifications include partial completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Victoria University of Wellington and additional training from the Australian HR Institute.
