Mindy Nguyen

Mindy Nguyen is currently working as a Benefits Manager at The Y (YMCA) since September 2022. Mindy previously held positions as a Benefits Specialist at Semper Solaris, Benefits Analyst at University of San Diego and ConAm Management Corporation, a Development Assistant at UCSB Arts & Lectures, and a Human Resources Assistant at UCSB Human Resources. Mindy graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Mindy has experience in benefits management, employee relations, event coordination, donor outreach, and HR administration.
