Carla Fernandes is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over 19 years. Since June 2010, Carla has served as the Sub Chief Cook at The Yeatman, demonstrating expertise in kitchen management and culinary excellence. Prior to this role, Carla worked as a Cook and Sub Chef at Mota-Engil/Casa da Calçada from March 2007 to May 2010, and as a Cook at Vidago Palace Hotel from October 2004 to November 2006. Carla began the culinary journey as an Assistant Cook at Restaurante Miradouro in August 2004. Carla's foundational education was completed at EPC from 2001 to 2004.
