Técnica De Qualidade Alimentar at The Yeatman

Luisa Duque currently holds the position of Técnico de Qualidade Alimentar at The Yeatman since October 2023. Prior to this role, Luisa worked as an Estagiária at Germen - Moagem de Cereais S.A. from October 2022 to July 2023, focusing on the development of gluten-free, lactose-free, and clean label bread and cake mixes. Additionally, Luisa completed an internship at ARTIFRAMI in early 2020, where the responsibilities included creating new popsicle flavors while ensuring food safety and market positioning. Luisa holds a Licenciatura in Engenharia Agronómica from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto, completed in 2021, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Tecnologia e Ciência Alimentar at the Escola de Engenharia da Universidade do Minho.
