Mark Ploucha

Mark Ploucha is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in production solutions and operational management. Currently serving as Vice President of Production Solutions at The YGS Group since July 2019, Mark is responsible for driving growth and profitability through the effective management of operational functions. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President of Product & Service Delivery at Dexter Solutions, where initiatives focused on enhancing print production and fulfillment processes. Mark's leadership experience includes a tenure as President at Vanguard Printing, where a turnaround strategy was implemented, and as Senior Vice President at Cadmus Communications, leading global business services and print partnerships. Additionally, Mark served as Executive Vice President at The Mack Printing Group and has held various roles in manufacturing and operations. Mark Ploucha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State University and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
