Fabiola Urena-Boeck

Fabiola Urena-Boeck is currently the Risk and Safety Executive Director at Treasure Valley Family YMCA. Prior to their current position, they worked as a research technician, assistant, and teaching assistant at Baylor University from September 2004 to May 2007. Her responsibilities included providing assistance to faculty members and staff with laboratory and field research, analyzing experimental data, writing reports and summaries of findings, and preparing and conducting acute and chronic tests according to the EPA’s Whole Effluent Test protocols. Fabiola also assisted with the supervision of activities in the Ecotoxicology and Aquatic Research Laboratory and taught environmental studies in the laboratory setting. Fabiola’s experience and knowledge in the environmental field makes their an excellent asset to the Treasure Valley Family YMCA.

Fabiola Urena-Boeck has a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Baylor University, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Idaho, and is certified as an Environmental and Safety Compliance Officer by the National Registry of Environmental Professionals.

Fabiola Urena - Boeck works with Dave Morris - Executive Director Downtown Boise YMCA, Billie Bernasconi - Vice President & Chief Human Resource Risk Management Officer, and Mickey Pedersen - Senior Executive Director of Membership Facilities.
