As Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at The Zeus Network, Norman plays a pivotal role in shaping content delivery. A board member at the Racial Justice Institute and a strategic advisor for Touchcast and Hartbeat, Norman's expertise in strategy has been instrumental in developing investor presentations and strategic documents. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Strategy, Product & Innovation at Laugh Out Loud Network, where Norman executive produced the award-winning series "Man Enough," and Senior Vice President of Product & Innovation at Lionsgate's Laugh Out Loud Network.
