Sharifa Khalid

Sharifa Khalid currently serves as the Group Head of Human Capital Center of Excellence at The Zubair Corporation, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Sharifa held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Al Zubair Investments from February 2019 to July 2023 and provided HR consultancy services as a self-employed professional from October 2015 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at OARC from June 2011 to September 2015, HR Manager at United/Albatinah Quarries from January 2008 to May 2011, and Senior HR Officer at OICT from September 2006 to December 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Global Science of Human Resources from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University, alongside a certification as a HR leader.
