Matthew Paras

Matthew Paras is a seasoned sports journalist currently serving as the New Orleans Saints beat reporter for The Times-Picayune | Nola.com, covering game analysis, news, and investigative stories while also contributing to the "Saints Insider" podcast. Previously, Matthew worked as the Washington Commanders beat reporter at The Washington Times, where Matthew provided in-depth coverage on significant team events and contributed to stories on other sports teams. Matthew's extensive experience includes freelance writing for Chicago Tribune-owned newspapers, boxing coverage for RingTv.com, and various roles at DePaul University's student newspaper, The DePaulia, ultimately serving as Editor in Chief.
