Chelsea Carson

Chelsea Carson has held various roles in their work experience, starting as an Office Administrator at Jones Business Solutions-JBSL in 2012. Chelsea later transitioned to design and development roles at companies like Melita Honey Group, NZ Digital, and Snapp Mobile. In 2014, they became the Owner and Product Director at Lighthost Digital. From 2016 to 2019, Chelsea worked as Web Team Lead at MRD WEB + Digital Marketing. Chelsea then moved to Tag as a Studio Production Manager and Creative Workflow Manager. Chelsea joined The&Partnership in 2020, where they held roles including Creative Operations Lead, Creative Services Director, and Operations Director. In 2022, they founded Stride, serving as Founder and Product Director for a social fitness app.

Chelsea Carson completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design from Eastern Institute of Technology in 2013. Chelsea also holds a Certificate in Applied Social Sciences from the same institute in 2009. In 2018, they pursued additional papers in Psychology at Massey University. In 2020 and 2021, Chelsea received certifications in Digital Marketing Fundamentals, Commercial Essentials, and LegRegs from respected institutions.
