Karena Fiorenza

Karena Fiorenza is the Founder and CEO of Ánimo Consulting, a management consulting firm focused on strategy and organizational culture. In addition to this role, Karena serves as the Interim CEO and COO for Theatre Communications Group, overseeing operations for a national service association. With extensive experience in the performing arts sector, Karena has held significant positions including General Manager of UNIVERSES, Senior Producer at TheatreWorks Silicon Valley, and C-level executive roles at both Steppenwolf Theatre Company and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Theater Management from Yale University, dual BA degrees from the University of California, Berkeley in Mass Communication and Theatre, as well as a Certificate in Leadership from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
