The Leadership Team at Theatre Forward is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the organization, fostering collaboration among member theatres, and advocating for the arts at a national level. They oversee initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the theatre community, while also managing external relationships and partnerships that support the mission of nonprofit theatres across the country.
