Aileen Roberts is an experienced production and operations manager with a diverse background in the performing arts sector. Currently serving as Production Manager at Theatre Under The Stars since March 2023, Aileen previously held positions including Company Manager at Houston Ballet, Stage Manager at MATCH Midtown Arts and Theatre Center Houston, and Production Manager at Houston Cinema Arts Society. Aileen's extensive experience encompasses overseeing large-scale events, budgeting, patron communication, and strategic planning, demonstrated through roles with organizations such as the Houston Chamber Choir, Strathmore Hall Foundation, Inc., and The North Texas Food Bank. Aileen holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Analytics from SMU Cox School of Business and a BS in Radio-Television-Film from Texas Christian University.
