Jillian Cox

Jillian Cox is an experienced professional with a robust background in research, talent management, and business support. Currently serving as a Researcher/Talent Manager at Thebes Group since June 2010, Jillian contributes to the design and implementation of comprehensive IT services for various sectors, including Media, Telecom, Insurance, and Banking. Previously, Jillian held various positions at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited from March 1996 to March 2010, including Senior Treasury Officer and Operations Manager Relief, where responsibilities included overseeing wire transfers for corporate clients and serving as Teller Supervisor Relief. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Caribbean University, completed between 2006 and 2011.
