Andrew Richey is an experienced leader in acute care management, behavioral health, and social work. Currently serving as the System Director of Acute Care Management at ThedaCare, Andrew also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Enriched Counseling and Consulting Services. Previously, Andrew contributed to various health organizations as an Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist at Phoenix Counseling Service and as an Assistant Director of Care Management at Adventist Health, where collaboration with behavioral health leadership was key. With a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Social Work and an MBA in Healthcare Analytics, Andrew has a proven track record of optimizing care processes, advocating for mental health funding, and implementing trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes across diverse populations.
