Niki Trepanier

Niki Trepanier, BA, MS, currently serves as a Candidate Experience Specialist at ThedaCare since March 2024. Prior to this role, Niki was a Human Resources Generalist at Black Duck Partners from November 2022 to March 2024 and a Campus Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual from May 2020 to June 2022, where notable achievements included ranking as the #1 Midwest Campus Recruiter and implementing effective recruitment strategies across multiple universities. Additional experience includes positions as a Recruiting Specialist and HR Assistant at Xperience Fitness, a Career Specialist at Fond du Lac High School, a Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and a Trauma Unit Research Assistant at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Niki holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Louisville, a Master of Science Education with an emphasis on School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and an Associate of Science in Marketing from Madison Area Technical College.
