Kevin Hess

Kevin Hess is the founder and CEO of Theery. Kevin has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting and sales management. Prior to founding Theery, Kevin was the Director of Technical Recruiting at MoTek Technologies, where they were the first employee and helped grow the company to a 15 person team with a spin off sister company. Kevin has also worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for The Perkins Group and as a Sales Manager for American Home Pros, Inc., where they increased sales in their territory by 200% in the first year. Kevin served in the United States Marine Corps for over five years, where they managed supply and logistics. Kevin Hess is a highly successful business leader with a proven track record of growing companies and increasing sales.

After completing their supply and logistics training through the United States Marine Corps. Supply School, Kevin Hess earned their certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter. Kevin then went on to complete their education at Liberty University.
