Allana Francis Ashmeil

Allana (Ace) Francis Ashmeil is an experienced professional in the sports industry, currently serving as the Regional Talent Manager for London and the South East at The Football Association. As a co-founder of PSA Living and the founder of Project Ace Sports, Allana has demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Previous positions include Director of Sport, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and Senior Sports Coach and EDI Lead at The Roche School, as well as Player Development Program Coach at Oshawa Kicks Soccer Club. Allana holds a Foundation degree in Sport Fitness and Coaching from The Open University and a National Diploma in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from John Ruskin College.
