Charlotte Cowie has extensive work experience in the field of sports medicine and performance. Charlotte has held various roles throughout their career, including Non-Executive Director at the English Institute of Sport since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Performance Medicine at The Football Association starting in 2016. Charlotte also worked as the Clinical Director at Spire Perform at St George's Park in 2012. Before that, they were an Orthopaedic and Sports Physician at the Bupa Musculoskeletal Centre of Excellence from 1998 to 2012.
