Ellie Tanser is currently a Regional Talent ID Coach at The Football Association, having joined in August 2022 and participating as one of ten mentees in the 2022/23 FA Mentee Development Programme aimed at supporting underrepresented groups in professional football. From September 2015 to July 2024, Ellie served as the Social Inclusion Team Leader at Tigers Sport and Education Trust, overseeing various inclusive sports initiatives, including Premier League Kicks and mental health programs. Additionally, roles at Tigers Trust included Kicks Female Engagement Lead, Female Engagement Officer, Casual Sports Coach, National Citizen Service Officer, and Team Leader. Previously, Ellie worked as a Sports Coach for Achieve Potentials, focusing on delivering multisports and disability sports to young people in challenging areas of Hull. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports, Health and Exercise Science from the University of Hull, obtained in 2016.
